Chimichurri (serving of 4)
Ingredients:
- 1 C fresh cilantro or parsley
- full pod of garlic cloves (add a few more cloves)
- 2 Tbsp fresh oregano (2 tsp dried oregano)
- 1/2 C olive oil
- 2 Tbsp red or white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Method:
- Finely chop everything and add the rest in a bowl and mix. Lasts up to 2 days.
