Chimichurri sauce – latin meat topping

Chimichurri (serving of 4)

Ingredients:

  • 1 C fresh cilantro or parsley 
  • full pod of garlic cloves (add a few more cloves)
  • 2 Tbsp fresh oregano (2 tsp dried oregano)
  • 1/2 C olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp red or white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Method:

  • Finely chop everything and add the rest in a bowl and mix. Lasts up to 2 days.
